These terms cover this website and the waiting list. The platform itself is not live yet, so nothing here grants access to a service or creates a booking.

  1. Pre-launch status

    HarbourBooking is in development. What you can use today is this website: information about what we are building, a waiting list and a contact form. Everything described on the site as a future phase is a statement of intent, not a promise of a feature or a date.

  2. What the waiting list is

    Joining the waiting list registers your interest. It creates no contract between us, it reserves no berth, no account and no place in a queue, and it obliges neither side to anything. We may contact you about HarbourBooking; you may ask us to stop at any time.

  3. Founding harbours and partners

    Expressions of interest from harbours, businesses and municipalities are exactly that. Any actual partnership will be set out in its own written agreement. Until such an agreement is signed, neither side is committed and no terms are fixed.

  4. The site as it is

    We provide this site as it stands. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular information on it will stay unchanged. We may alter or take down any part of it at any time.

  5. Using the site fairly

    Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, and do not submit anything unlawful through the forms. Submissions are rate-limited, and we may block access that appears automated or abusive.

  6. Content and brand

    The HarbourBooking name, the wordmark and the text, design and images on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You are welcome to read, quote and link to them. You may not republish them wholesale or present them as your own.

  7. Changes and contact

    We may update these terms as the product moves toward launch. The date at the top always shows the current version, and full terms of service will be published before the platform opens, together with our registered company details and the governing law.
